What is Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga also known as Trapeze Yoga, Swing Yoga or Anti-gravity Yoga, is a blend of traditional yoga, dance, pilates, suspension fitness and aerial arts. This innovative movement technique is designed to improve one’s overall wellbeing, strength and flexibility while having fun and flying free.

Each class will allow you to explore movement in the hammock in a free, light, magical and exciting way. During the class you will almost forget that while flying and playing you are also strengthening, toning, decompressing the spine, releasing tension, rejuvenating and restoring your entire physical, mental and emotional-self.

The hammock acts as your own personal training partner. It is able to support almost half your body weight, which makes all the movements almost 50% easier. Depending on your current level of strength and flexibility you can even gauge the amount of support you need from the hammock.
