Each class will allow you to explore movement in the hammock in a free, light, magical and exciting way. During the class you will almost forget that while flying and playing you are also strengthening, toning, decompressing the spine, releasing tension, rejuvenating and restoring your entire physical, mental and emotional-self.
The hammock acts as your own personal training partner. It is able to support almost half your body weight, which makes all the movements almost 50% easier. Depending on your current level of strength and flexibility you can even gauge the amount of support you need from the hammock.
