You will float, play, swing and discover unlimited possibilities of aerial yoga.

Why is it worth trying aerial yoga?

It will allow you to:
-perform deeper and safer stretches
-therapeutically traction the spine, which helps to alleviate back pain
-strengthen all main muscle groups, especially the core and the upper body
-build new neural pathways by challenging the body to learn complex movements
-increase self-confidence and self-trust by stepping out of your comfort zone

Intro

We use an aerial hammock to work on the core, strength and alignment in a fun and new way.
You will challenge yourself, boost your energy, discover fantastic exercises and rediscover you inner child.y
In aerial yoga you will explore a different biomechanics of movement and immerse yourself in a great FLYING WORKOUT!

The class will include:
- a warm-up
- aerial vinyasa yoga sequence
- finally – a soothing rest in the hammock

Improvers

In order to attend this training you need to have done at least one Let's flyoga beginners workshop. We will draw from your basic aerial yoga experience and develop your trust and understanding of a hammock. You will also explore you won relation with gravity. We will work on fundamental asanas and link them into more fluid sequence, adding longer and more dynamic inversion and some funky transitions from one pose to another.
Each aerial yoga experience is a journey that can take you to new depths, insights and levels of self-trust.
The more you practice, the more comfortable you feel in the hammock. Here the real experience begins.

Recommendations:

- You need to be over 18 to be able to attend our workshop
- try not to eat for at least 1 hour before the class
- wear fitting clothes and a T-shirt (sleeveless tops are not recommended as you will feel the fabric on your skin to harshly)
- no jewellery, dangling ear-rings or rings as those items may damage hammocks
- if you have a yoga mat it's best to bring your own, but we will have mats provided also

-Inner Ear Conditions
-Recent Surgery
-Glaucoma
-Recent Concussion or Head Injury
-Epilepsy
-Recent Stroke
-Pregnancy
-Propensity for Fainting
-Obesity
-Hiatal Hernia
-Sutures in any part of the body
-Recent gashes, lacerations, or wounds
-If you are taking any medications that can cause dizziness, light headedness, propensity for fainting, or extreme fatigue
